Improve Writing Skills Through Word Processing and Desktop Publishing

Writing is a skill that improves the more you write. Using desktop publishing or word processing in the classroom gives students more of an opportunity to improve those skills. The best assignments are creative ones that the students will find interesting or fun to do. If the students enjoy the assignment they are more likely to put a greater effort into it and actually improve their writting skills without knowing they are improving.
